Measure the circumference of head, using a tape measure.
For and adult's neckwarmer, cut one 25.5cm strip of fleece crosswise on
the fabric, with the length of the strip 1.3cm shorter than your head
size; or for a child's size cut one 20.5cm strip.
Stitch narrow ends of fabric strip together in 6mm seam.
Fold 1cm to wrong side on the long edges and stitch close to raw
edges.
