Pin or glue baste the interfacing to the wrong side of the garment
section and machine-baste 1.3cm from the edges. Trim the interfacing
seam allowances close to the stitching and trim off any hem allowances.
Applying Fusible Interfacings
Fuse the interfacing in place using manufacturer's directions, applying
the appropriate amount of steam, heat, and pressure to ensure a good
bond. Use a damp press cloth to protect your iron and provide extra
steam.
